If the shipment has not been sent out, do not worry. Call us or send us an email and we’ll try and correct it all for you.

If your shipment has been sent out, we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, since the shipping error is not committed by us, we cannot refund the order.

If you see that the package was delivered but you never received your package, check with your neighbors, check around your property, or with any other members of your household.

Due to the small size and value of our shipments, we instruct the courier to never leave packages at the front door. This helps to reduce the chances or lost packages. However, the delivery person can make their own decision and may have been left it in a secure location, if you weren’t around at the time of delivery. If you still can’t locate it, give us a call or send us an email.

A copy of your online order receipt should be included with your package. If you created an account, you can also view it online under ‘My Account’.

No, The shipping will be paid by us.
We only allow exchanges within 10 days upon receiving your order, unless the products arrived damaged.

You will need a return merchandise authorization which you present to Canada Post. Email us for the procedure.

All orders are quality checked to ensure nothing is sent damaged. However, due to customs and/or courier handling, items can be damaged.
